Papi & Chloe, canine stars of Beverly Hills Chihuahuas 2, sat on their beds by SMUCCI Too! at the Disney Event in Los Angeles, Sunday January 31 celebrating the release of the DVD and promoting responsible pet ownership. Disney partnered with Dog News Daily and LA Animal Services to bring awareness to spay and neuter services. In attendance were Karen "doc" Halligan, famous vet & author and Tamar Geller, nationally known dog behaviorist & trainer of Oprah's dogs.
