It seems appropriate to display this beautiful bed. Recently, we visited NYC as exhibitors at the New York International Gift Fair. We were impressed and overwhelmed by the graciousness and hospitality of the people in this amazing city. They've suffered through so much atrocity, and have emerged as a strong, thoughtful, and incredibly resilient group. Ever present throughout our week long stay were the positive and upbeat spirits of the people who live there. Everyone... the people who helped us navigate the city, our fellow co-workers, and newly formed friends...made the experience memorial.
Besides being consumed today about thoughts of our Nation's safety and the fateful events of 10 years ago, I couldn't help but think of all the truly special people in NYC and wished them much peace. My deepest thanks extends to them and the lessons they taught us all on 9/11...adversity gives us strength, demands we do the right thing, and introduces us to our true nature.
